How to Cancel Your Subscription
If you wish to cancel your Jaggery AI subscription, you can do so at any time by following these steps:
- Log in to your Jaggery AI User Account and submit a cancellation request via the designated form.
- Alternatively, you may send a cancellation request by email to [email protected] from the email address registered to your account.

Information Required for Cancellation
To process your cancellation request, we may ask you to provide the following details:
- A brief explanation of why you wish to cancel your subscription.
- Your email address, login name, and any other identity verification or authentication information.
- When Cancellation Takes Effect
- For paid subscriptions, cancellation will take effect at the end of the pre-paid period.
- For unpaid trials or free subscriptions, cancellation will be processed within 7 days of receiving your request, provided the request complies with these instructions.
- We will confirm the cancellation of your subscription within 3 business days of receiving your request.

Jaggery Consulting offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel your subscription within 7 calendar days of placing your order, we will, upon your written request, refund your prepaid fees within 30 calendar days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please note that any bank fees or charges incurred during the refund process will be your responsibility. - Refund Eligibility
